Submit with the Termination of Decedent's Property Interest document:
- A copy of the document that shows joint tenancy, life estate, survivorship marital property, vendor's interest or mortgagee's interest
- The recording fee of $30.00 (regardless of the number of pages), your check should be made out to Register of Deeds.
- An electronic transfer return is required, done online at WI Dept of Revenue e-Return
