Sheboygan County Planning & Conservation manages address assignment for the Towns within the County. Cities and Villages within Sheboygan County manage addressing within their own respective limits. County Planning & Conservation is not involved in City or Village addressing.

The process for requesting an address starts with an address application. As part of the application process, a driveway location is needed. This typically requires the applicant or builder to have an approved driveway permit so that the Planning & Conservation Department knows where access will be located.
