Weekday morning appointments are reserved for well baby visits only, and we will only be seeing well babies up to and including age 15 months.
The office will be closed from 12-1 pm for cleaning.
Afternoon, Saturday morning, and Sunday morning appointments are reserved for acute illness visits only.
All appointments MUST be made by phone at 920-459-1480. Walk-in appointments will NOT be allowed.
A physician will review each request for an acute visit before scheduling, and may call the parent to handle the problem over the phone if possible.
We have temporarily suspended our evening hours and close the office at 5:30 pm.
All well visits for children older than age 15 months will be cancelled. All follow-up appointments for chronic problems will be cancelled. Many of the long term or chronic problem visits will be done by telephone, and eventually by scheduled video visit.
